What can I list?+

How do I create a PayPal Business account?+

It’s easy! Follow these steps to get started:

  1. Visit the PayPal Business sign-up page.
  2. Choose the option to create a Business account.
  3. Enter your business details and contact information.
  4. Follow PayPal’s instructions to verify your account and complete any required checks.
  5. Once your account is ready, follow the instructions to connect it to Tango Dealz, where supported.

That’s it! PayPal may request additional documents or information depending on your location and business type.

Is there a listing fee?+
No. Zero. Nada. We only earn when you earn. 5% of a completed booking. That's it.
How does the money work?+
Customer pays in AUD via PayPal. We hold the funds. On the guest's check-in day, we release your 95% share to your PayPal. Refunds are handled automatically per our 7-day cancellation policy.
What if a guest cancels last-minute?+
Within 7 days of check-in, guests get no refund. You keep 95% of the booking (5% platform), even if they no-show. Beyond 7 days, guests get 95% back, we get 5% (each side eats a bit for cancellation admin).
Do I need to install anything?+
For property management: the Tango Deals app (iOS/Android). For back-office / desktop work: vendor.tangodealz.com works in any browser. No downloads for desktop.
Can I list on Airbnb / Booking.com AND Tango?+
Absolutely. Our iCal sync stops double bookings across all platforms. Many of our hosts do exactly this, extra reach, zero risk.
What about verification?+
Every host uploads a national ID (front & back) plus a business registration or utility bill. Docs are stored privately and only visible to our verification team via short-lived signed URLs.
Who supports me if I get stuck?+
